Pragati Wing –
Preparatory Stage (Grades III to V | Ages 8–11)
Life Skills–Integrated Learning
Academic learning is supported through a life skills approach, where students develop critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and responsibility as an integral part of classroom instruction rather than as separate subjects.
The Pragati Wing at GMR International School is aligned with the Preparatory Stage of NEP 2020 and focuses on competency-based, experiential, and learner-centric education. The programme builds upon foundational learning and gradually transitions students towards structured academic engagement.
Along with well-defined academic instruction grounded in Indian ethos, the Pragati Wing integrates hands-on learning, collaborative activities, and real-world applications to strengthen conceptual understanding and application-based learning.
